Former president of the Renove Plan, Pedro Franco Badia, has no attorneys and former Director Siquio Ng de la Rosa, has lost one of his. Attorneys Carlos Balcacer, Francisco Taveras and Bolivar Reynoso decided to withdraw from Franco Badia's defense team in the case where he is accused of fraud to the tune of more than RD$1.8 billion against the state. Carlos Olivares decided to do the same with de la Rosa. The attorneys say that they are resigning because they have not been paid their fees.
