Four new ambassadors presented their letters of credence to President Leonel Fernandez at the Presidential Palace yesterday. These are Austrian Ambassador Thomas Schuller Gotburg, Costa Rican Ambassador Jose Rafael Torres, Israeli Ambassador Mosche Semoneta and US Ambassador Raul Humberto Yzaguirre. President Leonel Fernandez was accompanied by Foreign Relations Minister Carlos Morales Troncoso during the ceremony.
