New staff at Police anti-drug department

President Leonel Fernandez has appointed former Police spokesman Nelson Rosario as the new director of the National Police Anti-Drug Division. The Police remain under close scrutiny while many high-ranking police officers are investigated and charged with complicity with drug trafficking. The director of the organization, General Cesar Sena Rojas was named regional director of the northwest, based in Mao, Valverde. Other changes were the appointment of Colonel Ramon Hernandez Peralta as deputy director of the department, replacing Colonel Pablo Arturo Pujols.
