The Toros took advantage of a slip in the defense of the Tigres del Licey, and won the game 4-3 at the Quisqueya stadium yesterday. The game was very exciting because Licey was comfortably winning the game 3-1 in the eighth inning.
The Estrellas defeated the Gigantes at the San Pedro de Macoris ballpark 3-2 yesterday.
The Estrellas now lead in the opening of the season that began last month.
The Aguilas defeated the Leones del Escogido in Santiago, 7-2.
