The police in Puerto Rico, together with US Federal authorities succeeded in rounding up 17 members of the drug trafficking gang that was led by Jose David Figueroa Agosto over the weekend. Puerto Rican Police chief Jose Figueroa Sancha said that one of Figueroa Agosto's brothers, Jorge Luis, was arrested in the operation. According to El Nuevo Diario, he was found on a cruise ship at St Thomas in the Virgin Islands. According to the police chief, this was the largest operation of this type this year.
