Late evening temperatures of 12C degrees in Constanza and 18.5C in Santiago have become the norm this past week, as chilly airs wrap the DR, the result of a high-pressure system crossing the territory. Blankets and sweaters have been taken out of storage and air-conditioners are getting a break. In Santo Domingo, morning temperatures have dipped below 23C.
