The management of Plaza Central, an important shopping mall on Winston Churchill Avenue agreed to pay RD$4.9 million to resolve an accusation of fraud made against them by the EdeSur Power distribution company. The mall was accused of fraud on 20 September 2010.
The two parts reached the agreement on 23 December, as reported in El Dia.
