Where's the transparency?

Hoy news analyst, Claudio Acosta of the Que Se Dice column comments today on the irony of the Presidency declaring 2011 The Year of Transparency and Institutional Strengthening while the Presidency's own website does not comply with the Law of Free Access to Public Information. He mentions that the website contains no financial information, does not present sworn statement of assets from leading government officials, nor the employee payroll, nor the budget the Presidency handles nor how it is executed.
