Ocean Dream has agreed set published rates that the administration and most owners attempt to adhere to.

Rates are dependant on occupancy, season and type of property.

Depending on these factors I doubt very much that you are getting 'rookie' treatment.

FYI - these rates have not changed in the last 5 years.

OneClick are a private property manager, run by the former Ocean Dream rental administrator, and abiding by the owners wishes.
