Higher Electoral Court passed in Congress

The Senate approved the bill that creates the Higher Electoral Court (TSE) yesterday in two consecutive readings and the observations sent by the President to the bills on the Judicial Branch Council and the Higher Council of the Public Prosecutor's Office, as early passed in the Chamber of Deputies. The bill now moves on to the Executive Branch for signing into law. The government had a 26 January deadline.
