When i go to the home page, i find just about every forum has a lock on it?????

When i try to start a new thread in the World News forum, it says i don't have permission.

Well the Locked forum sign isn't quite accurate. The Forum Locked icon shows for categories that aren't postable like "News Feeds From Other Sites" eventhough the Sub Forums can be posted in.

Very odd you can't post in "World News" I will investigate.
