Swimming Championship

The Central American and Caribbean Swimming, Diving and Water Polo Championships will take place this summer in Santo Domingo at the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center Olympic pool from 25 June to 3 July. Competitors are coming from Antigua, Barbuda, Netherlands Antilles, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Cayman Islands, Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Trinidad & Tobago, as well as from host country the Dominican Republic. Errol Clark, president of the regional swimming federation visited to inspect the facilities at the Olympic Pool Center.
