Industry & Commerce minister Jose Ramon Fadul and the head of the largest gas station retailers association (Anadegas), Rafael Polanco have agreed to set up a mixed commission to make recommendations on how the government is applying the hydrocarbons laws, especially when it comes to fuel price increases.
