The Kiosco Beach Bar-Restaurant near the west entrance to Cabarete is now bringing in Chicas after 6:00pm. It’s a small bar with very friendly staff on the far west end of Cabarete Beach. Look for a Large Golf Ball on a post across the highway from a golf course. During the day it’s quiet and the beach is mostly deserted. At night is really quiet and that the reason for the Chicas. The beach has been cleaned up by a local volunteer who has done a fantastic job on the beach cleanup. Every time I visit the bar/ beach I see improvements and that tells me the owners are trying to make a go of it.

It’s a little out of the way and if you don’t have wheels Manuel (829-375-8996) the manager will provide free transportation. I have been tied up, but one evening I checked out the Chicas. There only 4 chicas but they are very friendly and I had a great evening. It would also make a good stop during the day if you are interested in a quiet beach with good service. It's also near Ohms hotel if you need a room.

I have some pics but havn't figured out how to post them.

Thanks Craneguy. I often visit and stay in the Cabarete area when I want a little change of pace and have found it hit or miss at the beach bars at night. i will have to try this place out next visit.

In the early evenings 6-10 you often find chicas along the road (in Cabarete) heading for an evening in Sousa. They will always accept a ride and Kiosco is the last bar on the west end of Cabarete.
