The Police have recovered the laptop that was stolen from Judge Claribel Nivar Arias. Julio Rigoberto Cruz Heredia, 37, was arrested and is the main suspect in the robbery at the home of the judge in Urbanizacion Leonela in Madre Vieja Sur, San Cristobal. The judge's maid was raped during the robbery. The computer was recovered in Haina by the Criminal Investigations department of the Police, as reported in El Dia.
Judge Nivar Arias is working on the preparation of the case against Puerto Rican drug capo Jose David Figueroa Agosto.
