Greetings,
What are the best Casinos in Puerto Plata. I'm going down again in a few weeks. The last time I visited, I tried the one in Cabarete.

You could just buy a square on my "When will Weyland Kick the Bucket" board. Works like a Super Bowl board but it only pays for Final score.

There is several on Playa Dorada property, as well as a new one that has a great disco for late night local entertainment at Iberostar Costa Dorada. I.C.D. is located on the main highway between PD Resort and Puerto Plata, both on the left side as you head toward Sosua.

I stopped by the casino and ICD on a Tuesday night last trip; it only picked up action after 11:30pm. Lots of gringo tourists from the AI's. Did see a few local couples drifting in.

Thanks for the info. Is seems there are a bunch of casinos. I just might start a casino/bar hopping session when I'm down there.

Isn't there one in Ocean World?

There is one at the very end at the marina side. You will also find the Lighthouse Night Club at the roof where the wealthy Dominicans gather for the weekends.
