The Navy reports it has found the remains of Jeremias Feliz Perez who drowned when participating in rescue operations for a boat that capsized while returning from the 27 February military parade. Navy Spokesman Captain Antonio Francisco Cabral Fana said the sailor had gone out to sea on board the boat Vega to reconnect the cable to the tugboat that had broken due to the rough conditions, as reported in Listin Diario.
