The DR defeated El Salvador 5-0 to advance to the second round of the Group II. The DR defeated El Salvador in the first round. Jhonson Garcia, Victor Estrella, Luis Delgado and Jose Hernandez represented the DR. The DR will play Peru on 8 July 2011 to seek to advance to Group I of the Americas Zone.
