View Full Version : 75 years for Constitutional Court judges

The Senate has approved the ruling for the Constitutional Court that now requires a judge to be under the age of 75 at the time of appointment in order to be a member of the court. The new court, created in the 2010 Constitution was established to review, in certain cases, decisions taken by the Supreme Court of Justice. The bill has now been sent to the Executive Branch for approval.
