The spokesman for the electoral organizing commission supervising last Sunday's PRD primary has apologized to pre-candidate Miguel Vargas for proclaiming Hipolito Mejia as the PRD candidate.
Enmanuel Esquea admitted that the winner of the primary has to be proclaimed by the National Assembly of Delegates that now needs to be convened by the organizing commission with the party authorities and the winning candidate, as reported in El Caribe.
