Santo Domingo's Ciudad Ganadera, on the Malecon west of Av. Abraham Lincoln is hosting the Feria Agropecuaria Nacional, the annual cattle ranching exhibition. The event is organized by the National Board of Cattle Ranchers with the backing of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Cattle Ranchers Federation.
This is an excellent event for the whole family, with the exhibitions of the best paso fino horses in the country, the best dairy and meat cows. There will also be a series of events organized by the Rodeo Club Dominicano. The event lasts from Saturday, 12 March to 20 March. Free admission.
