New Theme (kind of)

Announcing a new Theme.

I started with modifications to Anagram. Even if you don't use Anagram please find a moment to test out AnagramTest (I did it drunk) :eek:

Changes:
New Menu Bar so it's no biggie if Forums are wide screen
Also you can always click the ISOC Banner to go Home.
New Banner (Yeah I know, no artisitic ability here)

I will be modifying all of the themes to function the same way, except for DeepBlue, that one can never change.

I'm using AnagramTest now. No problems so far.
