The National Drug Control Department (DNCD) announced today that it would be recruiting young people age 18 to 25 to take part in operational intelligence functions, as part of the re-structuring being carried out in the anti-narcotics agency. According to El Caribe, the DNCD chief Major General Rafael Radhames Ramirez Ferreira said that the first group of over 50 young men and women would be selected to receive training and will join the operational forces next January.
