Nearly 2,000 women gathered for a march in Toronto to demonstrate for their right to wear whatever they want.

The walk was organized as a response to controversial comments made by a Canadian police officer who suggested that women don’t dress sleazy in order to avoid sexual attack.

How is that (what the police officer said) different from us mongers suggesting to other mongers not to use jewelry and flash money around in foreign countries (anywhere by that matter)? Don't we have the "right" too to do as we please and not get mugged?
