You can negotiate w/ the cabbies out front of BB...But it will be between 45-60 dollars!!! Thats why they call it the Taxi Mafia..

Whenever I've gone from BB to NG, I always had Wilfried send the driver, and it was $25. Last time, we had a little trouble getting out of Costambar, due to the taxi mafia, so make sure the driver exits Costambar by going back the way he came in - past Jenny's. Otherwise, you will run into them.
