from my experience...
thursday is a wild party night up until 12am (midnight) then all music must go off. When i was in Sosua everyone complied. they stayed open but only long enough for people to mill out

friday... there is no music but the bars, and restaurants are still open. The bars will all be open at night, and will start playing music at 12am (midnight)

Saturday... will be a mind numbing party day in any beach. lots of music, booze, women, etc.

Sunday... the scene on sunday can be best described as a hangover. still lots of people milling around, but everyone trying to recover from the debauchery from the night before.

beware cabarette will be a absolute zoo on friday night, and all day saturday. i wrote this in a previous report. I think it took us 2 hours to drive from sosua to cabarette because of all the traffic.
