ASSISTANT HOTEL MANAGER WANTED
Blackbeards Resort, located in Costambar just outside of Puerto
Plata, requires an Assistant Night Manager. Blackbeards is an
upscale 22 room resort with 2 bars, restaurant and 15 employees.
Duties include Customer Service, supervision of bar, restaurant and
kitchen to ensure the quality of service that our customers deserve.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Must be computer literate and
familiar with Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Preference will be given to those who have experience in the
restaurant, hotel/customer service business. Must be willing to
relocate to Costambar/Puerto Plata at your own expense.

(oh man . . who got canned, or do they just need more help?)
Averaged over a 24 hour period about $10 an hour.

I already know alot of the girls,
I know whats on the menu
The dog knows me and doesn`t piss on my shoes <he hates Jayman>
I know the prices of everything but the food and booze ( I just order it and worry about it later)
I'm real good at tossing out chicas that don`t perform
I excell at buying drinks for the guys <ya have to give a little to get alot>
I should send them a resume, just for shits and kicks. The manager David would get a kick out of it.

In the last 2.5 years they went thru alot of managers, I think.

Probably going thru managers cause everyone of them wants to sleep with Davids daughter who works the bar. He says she (and the rest of the staff) are off limits. He does have a nice daughter tho!

Basically there are retired fellows moving to Dr who are not interested in working. Then there are the criminals that are in hiding trying to make a few bucks to survive and then there are the dreamers that think they can make it there. Not much of an employent pool really to choose from. :(
