Overcharging European tourists

According to Diario Libre, government officials have said that the Feedback Company, which handles the fees charged to European tourists on their arrival to the country, are overcharging by making them pay the entrance fee in Euros and then reporting that they charged the tourist in dollars. The entrance fee into the country is a US$10.00 charge. Feedback has made no comment on the allegations. Europeans represent 41.9% of total tourist arrivals in the DR, according to the Central Bank.
