Miss Universe, Mexican Ximena Navarrete, made a guest appearance at the closing runway show modeling clothes by Carlos Campos from New York City in Caribbean Fashion Week RD at SansSouci Port on Saturday evening. The show closed after a week of runway exhibitions featuring emerging Dominican designers and international designers, including Nicole Miller from the US and Custo Barcelona from Spain. During the event, Miguel Genao won the right to participate in the Puerto Rico High Fashion Week in October.
