More on the Omega case

The director of the Specialized Airport Security Corps (CESA), Zenon Antonio Padilla Alcantara now says that in the case of Antonio Peter de la Rosa (Omega) all requirements were met prior to his leaving the airport, as reported in Listin Diario. He denies that the chief security officer on duty the day of Omega's arrival, Colonel Miguel Jimenez Ventura, was under arrest as had been reported.
