Tibitabu is around a 10-minute drive from the Malecon (The Napolitano Hotel).

So if you are on the Malecon, drive as if you are going to the airport, which means that you will be crossing the river. And then drive up a small hill.

Keep driving (for about 7 minutes) until you pass the National Aquarium (which will be on your right).

And drive only 2 to 3 more minutes and you will see Tibitabu on your left hand side (on the oposite side of the road). If you pass a large castle (on the opposite side of the road), then that means that you passed Tibitabu.

Soon, you will need to make a U-turn in order to get on the road towards Tibitabu.

Or you can call Tibitabu to get better directions.

You then make a right on the first bridge that you see. It is a very small bridge.

Cheeno, the bridge you go across is the floating bridge. That's the name because it is actually two floating barges that have been converted over to a bridge.

Surprise, surprise, it's a private bridge, owned by a military person, who collects monthly rent for it's use.

It was originally set up when the main bridge was being repaired.

Gotta admit, it's a lifesaver sometimes. And yes, the road that Tibitabo is on is Ave. Espana. The "Castle" you mentioned is "Jazzy's" nightclub. That's the place with the ridiculously priced whores.

There are also a couple of massage places in the same neighborhood, and another bar with the same setup as Tibitabo..
