I was thinkin of going to BB (1st time) Dec 26-30, but wasnt sure if the fact that it was right after Christmas would limit the options ???

Also I notice that the majority of the pics I see are of very dark women. Is that the case??

Well there are black women there dont you think???????????? They have some redbones there too. Going right after christmas might not be a bad time to go but during christmas many chicas might be spending time with their kids and families.
