your Spanish must be pretty good then. i know they start off asking for 150 USD for TLN and if you're willing to negotiate you can get it for a 100. 1500 for TLN, good for you.

they got some nice girls working there but none really deserves the 150 USD price tag. also last time i was there they has some fag sitting at the bar, not sure whether he was working there or what, but that was the last time i went there.

I believe it is a Italian owned/constructed building, there are about 10 large apartments/condos and a penthouse. It is off Duarte and very near El Candil.
