Eighties rock icons Joan Jett and the Blackhearts will be performing at Santo Domingo's Hard Rock Cafe on 9 December as part of the Cafe's Concert Series. Jett has been performing since she was 15 and has graced the stage with the likes of the Talking Heads, Tom Petty and Cheap Trick. Jett has also performed at the rock and roll sanctuary known as CBBG's and toured with the Ramones, the Sex Pistols and Paul Westerberg. Joan Jett, whose biggest hit was "I Love Rock and Roll," has eight Gold and Platinum albums to her credit.
