This is some dirty shit that these guys are doing, unless they are informing these chicas that they are running a business for profit. If they are informing them and doing their due dilleigence as to what they are supposed to do as far as consent etc., I got no problem with it, but if they are not doing that.........well that is different isn't it.

I could care less what these dudes do, when they visit the DR, and are hanging in Casa Linda, many here have done plenty of similiar things, not a big deal, only problem I have with this guy is him doing it for profit, without getting the chicas permission.

You could be right, I might be a little hasty in my condemnation, I assumed that there was a lack of some sort of consent, knowledge that the videos were being used on a site, simply because he stated in his op that he had been requested by chicas to remove the videos from the internet. If they knew that was the purpose of the videos, it is strange that when they found out, they reacted that way. But then again as has been documented often some chicas do some strange things.

Not sure about laws in the DR (thought they're probably similar when it comes to such things) it doesn't matter that she knew she was being recorded or if she was compensated, if they don't have a legit signed release then they don't have the rights to use the video in a for-profit situation.

A US lawyer, the US State Department, the US Embassy in Santo Domingo and the US Consulate Office in Puerto Plata then...............the Local Fiscal in Sosua. If you are arrested in that country for something like this, there is not a goddamn thing they can or will do to get you out of jail. Sex tourist are on the bottom of the list.

How about looking at it THIS way:

A peso to a Dominican, is the same as a dollar is to you.

Imagine going down to your local store, and paying 100 dollars for a beer. Imagine paying 200 dollars to go to a movie, or 100 dollars for a plate of food.

That's the reality Dominicans face day to day.

Domicans pay 500 pesos and less because that's all they're willing to pay. My guess is a gringo living in the barrio would get similar pricing soley due to proximity. However, for a Dominican making 10000 pesos a month that represents 5% of his monthly salary. An equivalent amount for a cat in the states bringing home 5k a month after taxes would equate to $250. The girls on some level understand that it's more of a sacrifice for the Dominican to pay 500 than the gringo who pays 2000. I'm not trying to justify the gringo price I'm just trying to show that there is another way to look at this.

Not really a stigma people in their town don't really have to know, that why they got cabanas, no one has to know your business, and every small town and the next town over has them.

so people doubt the 500rd thing. i got a quick story. It's the internet but this story is about 95% true. 1st trip in santo domingo. my 65yr old uncle picks me up. I agree with you, but it isn't always about what we think, Often times it is about what they think.

We are often confused because we base things are how we grew up and what we were taught but when you deal with others that haven't grown up like you or haven't been taught the same things that you were, their views on the exact same thing can be quite different.

I see your point Ironman, so let me clarify what I was trying to say. In the US, the lowest of the low for a woman, is being a Prostitute. A family will be more ashamed of a daughter who was a prostitute, than a bank robber. You know there is a time and place where you may have to pay that 3k on occasion, I have always said if there is one that you just must have, you got to do what you got to do, but it certainly shouldn't be your modus operandi. And in my opinion it should be few and far between, and if you do step out there for that price, the next time(s) it should be discounted. As far as the Santiago sisters are concerned they were some of the hardest workers out there for a long time, they took on all cummmers. They changed a great deal over the years, they were kind of shy when I had them back in the day, when they were first getting started, over the years you could see that they changed. My recollection is they didn't start to get hardcore UNTIL they started working the NG. Now understand the younger one never did like doing a lot of fucking and wasn't beyond asking "donde esta tu leche". That's why my preference was to do both of them together. My recollection is they didn't start to get hardcore UNTIL they started working the NG. Sounds to me like another case of females not fully understanding the consequences of their actions. Women being recorded having sex by guys (with their initial consent) only to regret that action later is not exclusive to DR.
