On Monday, the judge of the First Court of the Higher Administrative Tribunal, Sarah Henriquez Marin, ordered the Minister of Industry and Commerce, Manuel Garcia Arevalo, to deliver the information requested by the Movement "Bajame la Gasolina" (Lower Gasoline Prices) which is composed of several civil society groups. Henriquez Marin issued her decision in response to an appeal filed by the movement against Industry and Commerce and the Minister Garcia Arevalo for withholding information about the formula used to calculate the seven variables that make up the Parity Import Price of fuels, as well as the five taxes that are added to this calculation.
