I don't know of any escort services in PP. The biggest challenge for your friend is the fact that most of her potential clients are staying at AI, where you can not bring in a "guest". Now if she also provides transportation to the Cabana as part of the service, she may have something. The biggest thing is a good website with recent photos of the girls and no bate and switch. I would also suggest getting feedback from all clients early on, so she can gage the performance of her girls. You do not want to get rid of a girl because of one complaint, but you need a sense of whether an employee is doing a good job.
