Just got the word this afternoon: I'm now officially the social media consultant for St. James Infirmary (http://www.stjamesinfirmary.org), the peer-run occupational health and safety clinic for sex workers & their partners in San Francisco. In 2007, I'll be completely revamping St. James' website, to include a sex work blog and podcast!
More end-of-year updates as I get a moment to breathe. For now, I'm back from Europe, settling into my new apartment ('at the corner of rentboy and incall,' say my pals), and swooning over Sexerati (http://www.sexerati.com) daily. If you need an additional dose every 24 hours or so, I've been doing self-portraits (http://flickr.com/photos/melissagira/sets/72157594370769068/) as part of the 365 Days project over at Flickr. It's probably the best window into my life now there is, and has been, since my camgirl days.
