Taste Santo Domingo is back this year on 28 and 29 September at the Jaragua and Melia hotels. Now in its fourth year, the event is aimed at people in the restaurant and gastronomy business and gourmands in general. There will be forums, talks and discussions by leading Dominican and international restaurateurs and chefs and culinary demonstrations on 13 and 14 October at the Renaissance Jaragua Hotel & Casino and the Melia Santo Domingo. ElGourmet, the popular Latin American food show, will be participating with its chef Francisco del Piero.
