The Ministry of Industry & Commerce has announced that fuel prices will be lower as of Saturday. Premium gasoline will now cost RD$222.90, down RD$3.90. Regular gasoline will cost RD$206.90, down RD$4. Regular diesel will sell for RD$186.30, down RD$2.40, and premium diesel will go for RD$192.90, down RD$2.50. Aviation fuel will cost RD$151.42 per gallon as of Saturday, down RD$1.49. Propane gas will cost RD$108.60 per gallon, down RD$1.00. Natural gas sells for RD$23.11 per cubic meter.
