The Pathways to Prosperity's 4th Ministerial Meeting is taking place in Santo Domingo starting Tuesday, 4 October and continuing through Wednesday, 5 October. The event is being held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Conference Hall as part of the Pathways to Prosperity in the Americas Initiative. The inaugural session takes place at 8:30am on Wednesday with speeches by Minister of Industry and Commerce Manuel Garcia Arevalo and ambassador Clara Quinones at the Eduardo Latorre Auditorium of the Diplomacy and Consular School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is one of the leaders of the initiative.
