The National Pork Production Council (Conaprope) has good news for the upcoming festive season. Council president Radhames Silverio says that there will be an abundance of pork products available in time for Christmas. Production for December is forecast to reach 110,000 pigs weighing between 30 and 100 kilos each, for roasting and the meat processing industry. Silverio said that prices would be good this year because there is a surplus production, as reported in Hoy.
