The Ministry of Industry & Commerce, the Department of Foreign Commerce and Administration of Trade Agreements (Dicoex), the US Agency for International Development and the Center of Trade Policies of the School of Diplomacy and Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Eduardo Latorre are presenting the results of the study:
