There were no games in the DR last night, which was just as well as Dominicans were glued to their television sets watching stars like Alberto Pujols, Nelson Cruz, Adrian Beltre and Rafael Furcal. Beltre hit a tremendous homerun to tie the game before a bases-loaded double by catcher Mike Napoli scored two more runs to give the Texas Rangers a 3-2 lead in the World Series. The series continues in St. Louis tomorrow where the fabled franchise will try to come from behind and win the two remaining games for its eleventh crown, the most for any National League team. The Rangers have never won a World Series.
