The Blue House

No this is not Casa Azul. lol

But the name of the restaurant is called The Blue House. I forgot to ask for a business card. So in my next trip, I will post information (address and number of this restaurant).


The service was excellent and the food was pretty good.
The food came out within 15 minutes. Unlike Bob's and Chino Lee that took 45 minutes.

The A/C was just right. A nice and pleasant atmosphere.

I recommend this place. :smile:

If anyone remembers the "King Lobster" restaurant on the road in from Boca Chica, it was owned by the same people.

The Blue House is the same cuisine, but a much nicer atmosphere.

Most people consider it to be a little overpriced, but I see by Cheenos pictures they have lowered their prices.

That was the only complaint I had about the place.

BTW, King Lobster closed down a while back. It was too far out of the city, and the florescent light atmosphere was a major distraction.

Hey MrHappy, do you know any good restaurant (but not too expensive) that serves lobster?

I sometimes go to Red Lobster here in the States.

Best I've had was at King Lobster, but that's gone.
Pretty good at Neptunos in BC, but expensive.
Another is Cantabrico, on Independence, but it's pricey too....
