Hi my name is Sam I am traveling to the DR next weekend for a few of days. I will be staying at Casa de Campo in La Romana. I know its not the mongering capitol that is the north coast but I would like to get in some Good Times :corky: if I can. Also any tips on casinos restaurants good bars and clubs in the area would be greatly appreciated. I'm staying at a buddy of mine's villa and I dont think it's all inclusive, it's more like a house he says. Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

dont know much about La Romana...need the more seasoned DR travelers on here to chime in on LR...but welcome to the board. although it may not be a sosua type pf place...im sure there is a monger scene there to take advantage of. My barber here stateside comes from there...i will ask him what the deal is.

Ive been to LaRomana! Awesome town. PLENTY of mongering opportunities if you speak some spanish. Stay out of El Deseo its a tourist ripoff. Theres tons of small bars around you can pick up chicas in. They also have salidas if you snag up a bartender.

I ended up going there on my very first DR trip when I was at a resort in Bayahibe. There was shit for mongering in Bayahibe you had to go like 25 minutes by taxi or guagua to LaRomana.

Salida is the bar fine/house take. Find out the house fee for take out before you negociate a price with the chica. As for prices in that neck of the island i do not know.
