Kennedy and Agora Mall on Abraham Lincoln as well as the Diandy XX Tower on Tiradentes Avenue, being built with a combined investment of US$375 million. These edifications are some of the commercial mega-constructions that are going up in Santo Domingo, with Corporativo 2010 on Abraham Lincoln Avenue as just one more example. Agora Mall is estimated to cost US$100 million. As part of the model of commercial enterprises flourishing in the city, both Galeria 360 (La Sirena) and Agora Mall (Jumbo) will have major supermarket presences.
