Well, a lot of guys on the board are expert assholes, I don't know of any that are experts IN assholes!

I would check here http://homshospital.com/ and if you still have health insurance back home it might be a good idea to consider a return medical vacation there if needed.

Do you have local health insurance in the DR?

Not sure down there, I would go up to the new clinic and maybe do a consult with them and see if they reccommend anyone.

In sarasota is a clinic my father used, which they had some non surgical methods and he was very happy and had great success with them.. i think the name is Datole ??? sp?

If you need more info, let me know and I can research for you.

I'd ask for Gentle George. He's not a real doctor - he does cavity searches at the airport - but for 300 pesos, I'm sure he'll take a look.

At that price, you have to bring him your own flashlight and lube, but you'll be walking normal again in few days.

When you get older like you...sorry....they dont operate....radiation...

they figure by the time it gets to kill you you will be dead anyway :wink::wink:

My friend who is 52 just got diagnosed...he is going to go robotics. hey says he needs to take cialis for a year to keep blood flowing. sucks getting it young .

IF it's cancer (confirmed with biopsy) AND you're sexually active or relatively young- then YES the robotic radical prostatectomy is the best SURGICAL treatment.
Not foolproof- you still may end up impotent or incontinent, but not nearly as high a chance as the old-fashioned surgery!
