A 75-kilo shipment of cocaine was seized at the marina of Cap Cana, the National Drug Control Department reported yesterday. National Drug Control Department (DNCD) agents arrested three men, Puerto Rican Edward Onell Delgado, and Dominicans Esteban Santiago Sanchez, who had been deported from the United States, and Radhames Peralta Dippiton. The drugs were packed in four bags on board a boat with registration PR-6557-GG, docked at Cap Cana. Major General Rolando Rosado Mateo of the DNCD said that Onell Delgado had received the drugs outside a supermarket from Esteban Santiago Sanchez and then took them to Cap Cana in his SUV. The drugs were found in the berth when Peralta Dippiton was on board giving maintenance to the boat. The DNCD is on the trail of at least two more Puerto Ricans and others said to be members of a drug network.
