New IDs for all staff at Santiago hospital

After the scandalous news of an imposter posing as a doctor at the Jose Maria Cabral y Baez hospital in Santiago, the health center management announced that as of yesterday, all staff has been provided with new IDs that they will need to wear to gain access to the halls. The secretary general of the medical support workers of the hospital, Silvano Geraldino urged people to not make any payments to anyone and only to pay the hospital cashiers for services. Physicians, residents, nurses and medical support personnel received the IDs following the scandal. A former army corporal, Francis E. Ciprian Arias was arrested for allegedly extorting patients in the emergency room in return for expediting their surgeries. A court has ordered three months preventive custody for Ciprian while his case is heard in the courts.
